Please read all ticketing info carefully prior to completing ticket purchase. By purchasing admission tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission An admission ticket is required for every guest ages 2+. There is no charge/no ticket necessary for guests 23 months and younger. Online tickets are for a specific date and arrival time. Guests can enter anytime after their ticket time begins. We reserve the right to limit on-site purchases if we are at our guest limit during that time period. This sometimes occurs between 3-5pm on Saturdays and 1-2pm on Sundays.

2. Check-In At the farm, guests can show the ticket on their mobile device or pre-print tickets for scanning.

3. All ticket sales are final Refunds are issued only if the farm closes for the day. If the farm closes for any reason on the date of your ticket, the full amount of your purchase including service fees will be refunded to the original credit card. You will have the option of choosing another date/time to come to the farm if the farm must close for the date of your ticket.

4. Safe and Healthy We encourage guests to wash hands during their visit or use hand sanitizer. If you or anyone in your family is exhibiting any signs of illness, you should not come to the farm. We offer Saturdays from 10am-12pm for vulnerable audiences and those taking additional health precautions.

5. Pets - No pets of any kind are permitted on the farm (service dogs are not pets).

6. Outside food is not permitted at the farm. Food and beverage options are available at the farm.
